The kit gate learns hue, because a greyscale check cannot see grey turning blue
Oliver: "look at the headless men — the trouser color changed." He was right and every number in kit() said he was not. Brightness sat at 85 against the healthy frame's 89, comfortably inside tolerance, while the shorts' blue-minus-red walked from a warm charcoal -8.7 to a cold +0.2 across the wound stages. All three existing measures are greyscale or red-channel; none of them can see a grey going blue, which is most of what "the colour changed" ever means here. Fourth number: the shorts' hue. It immediately fails the headless men AND finds a second drift in the wounded women that the brightness test had passed. The tolerance default went to four entries deliberately — kit_off zips got/ref/ tol, so a three-long tuple would have SKIPPED the new check rather than failed it. That is the same shape of silent no-op as the read-only floodfill. Also: DAMAGE NOW ACCUMULATES. Stage 2 said only "headless", so the arm torn off at stage 1 came back — in a mode where the score IS the body, taking a point off it made the body look healthier. Stage 2 is now headless AND still one-armed. And the stride rule got its counterweight: "copy it exactly, only the legs change" has a second failure mode where the model copies it exactly INCLUDING the legs and returns the same picture twice (upper 0.017, legs 0.022 — a body sliding along with frozen feet, the very thing being fixed). Both halves are stated now: identical above the hips, obviously different below. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>

"subject": "Three frames of the FEMALE ZOMBIE TENNIS PLAYER shown in the FIRST reference image — the same dead woman: matted ponytail, red headband, torn red shirt, dark pleated tennis skirt, grey-green corpse skin, sunken eyes, a wooden racket in her hand. The OTHER reference images are a LIVING tennis player and are there ONLY to show the POSES to copy — never the character, never the clothes, never the skin. In ALL THREE frames she is HEADLESS: her head IS COMPLETELY GONE and SO IS HER PONYTAIL — no head, no face, no hair, no scalp and no ponytail anywhere above the shoulders, only a ragged gushing neck stump where the head was, so this figure is A CLEAR HEAD SHORTER than a whole woman. She still holds and swings the racket. HER KIT IS FIXED AND MUST BE IDENTICAL IN EVERY FRAME: matted blond hair in a PONYTAIL, a RED CLOTH HEADBAND tied round her forehead, a torn red short-sleeved tennis shirt, a DARK PLEATED TENNIS SKIRT ENDING ABOVE THE KNEE, bare grey-green dead legs below it, white socks and white tennis shoes, and a wooden racket with a pale strung head. Frame 1: a SIDE SHUFFLE STEP toward the viewer — copy the legs of reference image 3, left leg driving out, the racket still held up ready. Frame 2: the same shuffle with the RIGHT leg driving out instead, identical otherwise. Frame 3: a FOREHAND SWING at the moment of contact — copy the pose of reference image 4: body rotated, the racket head out to the side at waist height. Output exactly 3 figures side by side in ONE horizontal row, all the same height. ",

The OTHER reference images are a LIVING tennis player and are there ONLY to show the POSES to copy — never the character, never the clothes, never the skin. HER KIT IS FIXED AND MUST BE IDENTICAL IN EVERY FRAME: matted blond hair in a PONYTAIL, a RED CLOTH HEADBAND, a torn red short-sleeved tennis shirt, a WARM DARK CHARCOAL PLEATED TENNIS SKIRT ending above the knee — a slightly BROWNISH dark grey, NEVER blue-grey, NEVER slate blue, never pale, bare grey-green dead legs below it, white socks and white tennis shoes, a wooden racket with a pale strung head. The exact same shades in every frame. In ALL THREE frames she is HEADLESS: her head IS COMPLETELY GONE and SO IS HER PONYTAIL — no head, no face, no hair, no scalp and no ponytail anywhere above the shoulders, only a ragged gushing neck stump, so this figure is A CLEAR HEAD SHORTER than a whole woman. AND SHE STILL HAS ONLY ONE ARM: her LEFT arm — the one WITHOUT the racket — is still completely gone, no left arm, no left hand and no left sleeve anywhere in the drawing, just the ragged stump at the left shoulder. She is missing BOTH her head AND her left arm. Frame 1: the figure taking a SHUFFLE STEP toward the viewer, racket held up ready, left leg forward and right leg back. Frame 2: the SAME DRAWING AS FRAME 1 with the legs swapped — right leg forward, left leg back. Frame 3: a FOREHAND SWING at the moment of contact — copy the pose of reference image 4: the body rotated, the racket head out to the side at waist height. CRITICAL — FRAMES 1 AND 2 ARE ONE SINGLE DRAWING SHOWN TWICE, WITH ONLY THE LEGS CHANGED. Draw frame 1, then COPY IT EXACTLY for frame 2 and redraw nothing but the legs and feet. The head, the face, the shoulders, the arms, the hands, the racket, the torso, the clothing, the total height and the distance from the camera must be PIXEL FOR PIXEL THE SAME in both. Only the legs change: in frame 1 the left leg is forward and the right leg back, in frame 2 the right leg is forward and the left leg back. Do NOT redraw the body, do NOT turn or lean the torso, do NOT move the arms or the racket, do NOT change the figure's size. Same drawing, different legs. THE TWO FRAMES MUST NOT BE IDENTICAL COPIES. Everything ABOVE THE HIPS is identical; everything BELOW THE HIPS is OBVIOUSLY different. In each frame one leg strides clearly forward and the other trails clearly behind, with a WIDE VISIBLE GAP between the two feet, and the forward leg is the opposite one in the two frames. If the legs look the same in both frames the drawing is wrong. Output exactly 3 figures side by side in ONE horizontal row, all standing on the SAME ground line, all EXACTLY the same height, with a wide band of empty magenta between them so they never touch or overlap.
